This traditional island home is located on the east side of Cliff Island, right on the water. Look out over a slopping green lawn to views of a pristine cove where working lobster boats are moored. Enjoy spectacular sunrises and glowing sunsets reflected on the "Bluffs" and Jewel Island State Park, located directly across from Fisherman's Cove. Watch the lobster fleet set off in the morning and return with the afternoon breeze. Long sandy beaches & swimming cove within walking distance. Pearl's Seaside Market & Café' for sandwiches, ice cream, sundries, postcards & handmade Cliff Island Gifts. There is the Stone Library with internet access, & the Cliff Island Post Office for your convenience. Places of interest & shopping are the Cliff Island Historical Society, Sugar Shack, Cliff Island Inspirations (for handmade soap & Unique one of a kind jewelry), & Pam Anderson's Gift Shop. Also, there is a program called “ACE” that organizes a multitude of activities for kids of all ages. Grill on the deck and get lobsters the same day.

Ideal vacation spot for the active, or those in need of quiet R&R. Room to sleep 6 Adults, or 4 Adults & two children, fully equipped kitchen, major appliances including washer/dryer and full bath (linens included). T.V./VCR/DVD & and a library of Video tapes & CD's available for your viewing pleasure. The house has a telephone, local calls only. Your cell phone will come in on the island, but you have to find the right SPOT! It most likely will not work at this rental. Check-In Time: 12:30 PM on Sunday. Check-Out Time: 3:30 PM on Saturday (7 days and 6 nights). Rates 2009: Maximum Capacity for this rental is 6 Adults, or any combination of 6 people!! .

• . $150.00 Security/Cleaning Deposit Required (fully refundable if house is left clean, orderly & with no damage). $300.00 Rental Deposit due at time of booking, and balance due of $600.00 is required, IN FULL, 30 days prior to arrival. NOTE: Please send a separate check for the $150.00 Security/Cleaning Deposit, at the same time you send your $300.00 Rental Deposit check. I will not cash or deposit your Security/Cleaning Deposit Check, of $150.00, unless you choose not to be responsible for”rental house cleaning”,before departure, making it necessary to hire someone to do the cleaning.
