ATTENTION - The Murphy Cottage
2008 Summer Rental Season
We are looking foreward to our third rental season.
In the past two years we have made several improvements and upgrades and feel that our
rustic little cottage is not only charming but much
more comfortable.
There are four bedrooms with double beds-most with
new mattresses and box springs. A fifth bedroom is
the kids room and has twin beds.
The kitchen has a brand new full sized fridge.
The wrap around porch and the beautiful view are still the same. The large private beach and the 2 plus acres
surrounding the cottage are still the same.
Our Summer home is an old wooden house built in
1890. Its not fancy but its a true Maine experience
carried over from the days of my great grandparents.
We’ve just thrown in a few modern conveniences
and comforts.
We are asking $1000.00 per week plus a refundable damage deposit.
